When the site is accessed, the hosting service processes technically necessary connection and request data. If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and message content you provide in order to handle your enquiry and answer follow-up questions. For pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in appropriate communication.

We delete this data once the enquiry has been conclusively handled and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate reason for further storage applies.

Project brief on this website

The project brief under “Start a project” is prepared exclusively and locally in your browser. Names, email addresses, company details, project descriptions, timelines and budget information entered there are not transmitted to Agentiq or to Vercel as form content by this marketing website and are not stored server-side.

When you expressly select “Copy brief”, the browser’s clipboard interface is used. “Continue to Agentiq” opens the separately configured Agentiq application. The local form values are not transferred automatically. Processing in the application is governed by the privacy information provided there.

Cookies, analytics and external content

The current application code of this marketing website does not set cookies and uses neither local storage nor session storage. No analytics, advertising or user-tracking services and no externally loaded videos, maps or calendars are embedded. Therefore, no consent banner is currently displayed.

The font files used for Geist and Geist Mono are delivered by the website itself. No connection to Google Fonts is established when a page is viewed. If services requiring consent are added later, this policy and, where necessary, the consent mechanism will be updated before they are activated.

The website contains links to external services, in particular the Agentiq application and the Vercel legal documents named above. A connection to the respective provider is established only when you follow such a link. The provider or controller named there is responsible for its processing.

Recipients and retention
